Michael L. Whitehead
President
Michael was born in Phoenix, AZ, January 15, 1969. MSSGT James R. Whitehead, Michel’s dad, was in the Marine Corp, and Mother Margaret attended school and raised five children. Michael’s family moved to Northwest Arkansas when Michael was 6 years old. Michael attended school in Gravette, AR. After graduation Michael went into the Navy, his career in the Navy was short due to a medical discharge. Shortly after the Navy, Michael went to work in the construction industry. Michael meet his wife, Annjanine, and was married in 1989. Michael and Annjanine have three children, Zebedee, 23 in the US Army; Hannah, 21, in the US Army; Sarah, 15, attends Rogers High School.
Michael was heavily involved in residential and commercial construction covering all aspects of the construction process. Michael has also been in the business of land development for subdivisions. Michael has a great deal of knowledge with regards to the development of land and uses that knowledge to influence each of the projects he works on whether it be construction, development, water or wastewater.
In February of 2016, Michael and Annjanine, started Project RED Friday. PRF started as a RED shirt to bring awareness to our military but has evolved from that and will continue to evolve.

OUR BOARD
Richie Henderson has been with J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. since 1995 and currently holds the title of Vice President – Strategic Planning. Richie has a BSBA degree from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business and has earned an MBA from the Donald G. Soderquist College of Business at John Brown University. He is an active member of Cross Church in Springdale, Arkansas. He serves as a School Board Member for Shiloh Christian School based in Springdale, Arkansas. He strongly supports the Armed Forces and currently has several family members serving on active duty. His father, grandfathers, and several uncles served in various military positions.
Dwight Cole was born April 3rd, 1949 in Ruston, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1972 and entered the U.S. Air Force that same year. He graduated from U.S. Air Force pilot training in April of 1973 and received a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1980. He flew the KC-135 Air Refueling Tanker (Boeing 707) and the KC-10 Air Refueling Tanker (DC-10) in his 21 year air force career accumulating 5000 flight hours. He was stationed in Texas, California, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. A veteran of Desert Storm where he directed the wartime operations of 10 KC-10 and 15 KC-135 aircraft and led over 200 aircrew members. Over 300 missions were flown and he personally flew 13 combat support missions. He achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring in December of 1992.
He taught Junior ROTC at Airline High School and Bossier High School in Bossier City, Louisiana from January 1993 thru January 1995. His unit was awarded a rating of Meritorious Unit (top 20% of all units in the nation) and he was awarded Outstanding Instructor (top 10% of all instructors in the nation).
He was hired by United Air Lines in January of 1995 as a pilot instructor on the DC-10 aircraft based in Denver, Colorado. In September of 1999, he changed his base o Chicago O’Hare, Illinois and changed his aircraft to the Boeing 737. This allowed him to move to Little Rock and commute to Chicago. In 2002 he changed aircraft to the Boeing 757 and the Boeing 767. In 2007, he moved to Springdale to open up MAD Pizza. In April of 2014 he retired from United Airlines ending 44 years of flying after accumulating a total of 20,000 flight hours.
He is married to Rebecca Diane Cain Cole of Bastrop, Louisiana. They were married in 1970. They have one daughter (Kimberly Anne Darr) and two grandchildren (Madison Anne and Cooper Cole Darr).
Keith Harmon is the Marriage & Family Pastor at Cross Church in Springdale, AR. He also oversees the outdoors ministry and military ministry there. He has been a pastor for 23 years. Keith received his Bachelors degree from the University of Arkansas and his Masters degree from Luther Rice Seminary. He is married to his high school sweetheart Jackie and they have been married for 21 years. They have two sons, Alex (18) and Miles (8). Keith has a real passion to help all men and women on their faith adventure.
SFC (Retired) James Maxwell is a retired 21 year military veteran with 16 years with the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets) and 5 years with the 82nd Airborne. Mr. Maxwell enlisted at age 20 attending Basic Training and AIT at Fort Sill, OK as 13Bravo Cannon Crewman upon graduation he attended Airborne Schoolat Fort Benning , Georgia. In September of 1983 Mr. Maxwell was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division after serving 5 yrs in the 82nd Airborne, Mr. Maxwell applied for, and was accepted for Special Forces training, attending Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) Mr. Maxwell was selected and attended Special Forces Training. Upon completing Special Forces training he was assigned to ALPHA Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) ODA 572,
Six (6) months later Mr. Maxwell attended Military Freefall School and was assigned to a Military Freefall team ODA 574. In June 1992 Mr. Maxwell was assigned to Charlie Company /3rd Battalion /3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) where he assisted in establishing a Military Freefall team ODA 394. From June 1994-Feb 1996 Mr. Maxwell was assigned to the John F. Kennedys Special Warfare & Centers Freefall Committee and Special Skills Battalion. In February 1996 Mr. Maxwell was assigned to Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion,5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) during this time he was involved in the formation of 5th Special Forces Group Commanders In-Extremis Force and the Special Forces Combatives program. In November 2001 Mr. Maxwell deployed to the Country of Afghanistan as part of “TASK FORCE DAGGER,” for “Operation Enduring Freedom” and in January 2003 deploying as part of “OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM”. Mr. Maxwell had numerous deployments during his career deploying to the Caribbean, Kosovo, Horn of Africa, Eastern Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Maxwell retired in June 2004 returning home to NW Arkansas where he has been an Executive Protection Specialist for High Profile individuals and Director of Security for Cross Church.
